Look! I’m blogging on tea.
tea for me tea for two for you
I must admit though that I just had a variation on a Thai tea, not some single-estate tea brewed in the freshest water sprung forth from the eternal mountain. Nah, I just threw a li’l PG Tips bag in the pot and a big dollop of sugary condensed milk in the cup.
Because that’s the thing about tea… it is made to be enjoyed. Enjoyed by the most sophisticated tea sommelier, or the person with a cup of herbal (gasp!) who just wants a pick-me-up at work. Enjoyed by your decorational auntie at her tea party, never mind the tea, or the hipsters at the bubble tea shoppe in the urbane metropolis.
So trust your own tastes. Find things you like. Learn more. That’s what I did, and that’s what we’re all about here.
If you don’t know a thing about tea, you’re gonna know ten times as much when you leave the site. If you already know a lot, share. And learn some more. I’ve got some stuff to teach, and stuff to learn.
Who am I? I’m… the TeaHawk.
And I welcome you with open arms. Wings.
PS I am a hawk.
Caw.
